Refunds and Returns Policy 

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is to be returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
  •  The item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers and online warehouse sales). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty.
  •  Return shipping costs are covered by the customer

 Faulty or incorrect item:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and email us at admin@cutiebootyswim.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the item is no longer in stock a store credit or refund will be issued.

Needing different size:

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@cutiebootyswim.com - If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, we will give you a store credit.

Requesting a refund:

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@cutiebootyswim.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping:

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your parcel's tracking number

If your address was supplied to us incorrectly by yourself we will take no responsibility for items lost in the mail. Once we have been notified your item has been delivered by the shipping company we will not be held accountable for any action after this.

If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay for the re-delivery postage fee.
